I live in Florida. My apartment was burglarized by landscapers that my landlord hired and allowed on property. The police did arrest individual and I had to pay $250 to get items out of pawn shop. Should I be responsible to pay this, and other stolen items, or should my landlord be responsible because they were his employees?

OH so you dont have renters insurance do you!!!!!

If they were his employees the landlord must pay for their actions....deduct it from this months rent, and let him take you to court!

Is the landlord legally obligated for money?

YES if they were the landlords employees, and if not then you have to sue the company these thiefs were working for.
