What is the name of your state? Oregon

My landlord who also was my employer demanded me to pay property taxes for year 2002 and 2003 $800 total. I refused since we never agreed on that before. He told me that he'll increase rent by $75/month starting next week. When I told him that he has to give me 30 days notice before doing that, he got very upset and two day later he fired me. The official reason - 'economical situation', down sales, etc.

I worked 6 years for that company and rented that house from them for 2.5 years. It was an old house built in 1916 covered in black mold, cold and humid all the time. I have pictures of the black mold on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, clothes.

What can I do? I do not have money to sue him.

Also I am on H1-B (work) visa. By firing me he terminated that visa and messed up all my future plans, because I have already filed paperwork for a Green Card based on employment. I found another job and did H1-B transfer, which did cost me $2,500 in filling fees and atorney fees.

Since I changed employer the paperwork for Green Card is not valid anymore, so I lost a lot of money I paid attorney, advertising, filling fees, etc. In other words the guy screwed me and screwed me really bad.

What can I do? I do not have money to sue him.
