What is the name of your state? FLORIDA

My landlord is holding $155 for touchup paint, drip-pans, and cleaning fans.

I have lived in the unit for 3 years. My lease says that they will deduct a mandatory cleaning fee of $80 upon vacating.

My question: Should I challenge the touchup paint and cleaning fans part or not.
I agreee that the drippans needed to be replaced but i cleaned the fans before i moved out, and thought PAINT was considred normal wear and tear.

Take a look at the differences between wear n tear and damages here , then you decide if it's worth your effort to try and retrieve some money .
