california... i have a lease that is up on the 21st of this month..my landlord is selling the property and escrow is to close on the 24th of the month...but it was also gonna close 2 months ago then they said "oh another week or two and finally after my lease is ending..funny huh! during this entire time he has wanted me out!! he promised to buy me out of the lease..but now he says hes getting no $ from the deal..but since my lease is up he doesnt have to, right? well in my lease it calls for a 30day notice at the end of the term lease...does that still apply or do i have to be out in 10days? what should i do...i think this was the realtors plan all along...what should i do? thanks in advance...
