landlord kept security

i lived in my ny state apt for almost 2 years. my lease states security will be kept for anything above & beyond normal wear & tear. my landlord kept over half for a new carpet, new stove top (which i never used), & the driveway. i had the driveway powerwashed & resealed on my own at her request. i have photos of the whole apt when i left, which i left in better condition than when i moved in. would anyone know if i have a small claim against her in the state of new york?
