i live in arizona and a few years ago i moved out of an apartment before my lease was up.I acknowledged that i owed them money. However i didn't have the money until after it went to court and became a judgement. Then I paid it in full to the complex.Recently i received a copy of my credit report and noticed that the judgement was showing unsatisfied. When i contacted the apartment complex they told me that they have changed management companies since then and can't find my payment history. So they can't verify if i owe them the money or not. They are refusing to contact the courts to have my judgement satisfied.I need to get the judgement updated to satisfied because it it negatively affecting my credit. So i want to know if the complex has to satisfy the judgement because they don't have a record that shows that i owe them money?
