I recieved a letter from a property management company stating they now manage the house in which I live and should pay rent to them, however I have not recieved a letter or phone call from my landlord nor have I sign any agreements other then a month to month lease when I first moved in, am I legally obligated to pay rent to the property management company or can I continue to pay rent to my current landlord? What are my rights as far as property management take over? Colorado

Write a letter to the landlord, stating what you have received, and ask him if it is his intention that to whom you should pay, and the place of payment is hereby re-designated by him to be the management company.

You can rely on a signed letter from him.
