I live in ohio and am currently renting a house a friend has for sale. She hasnt drawn up a lease and anything established rent wise and other has been verbal in front of witnesses. Now shes ordering me and my 4 children to leave everytime the house is to be shown, can she do this? is it legal? I have no vehicle and it will be more than a major innconvience. Shes also threating to have the utilities shut off even though i told her the rent would be 2 weeks late... is this legal? The house has major problems not even sure how it can be for sale let alone be lived in without repair( fence is fallling down, foundation is caving ,electrical outlets have no boxes or are broken, wiring is bad) will move as soon as we can but in the mean time do i have to leave everytime the house is shown?

No, you just have to allow showing upon proper notice from L. Read the applicable L/T laws.
