I live in VA. My landlord reveled all of my lease information, my unlisted phone #, and my daily activites to
a 3rd party, knowing the the 3rd party was hostile toward
me, and is still going on. My landlord has also stated the same things to me about her other tennants. What ar my legal recourses?

Thanks

No. I just can't believe a relative can call up my landlord and that she reveled everything. It is an invasion of my privacy.

Yes, it is. It was a contract between the landord and I. I don't think you're qualified to answer me.

Just to clarify the situation, do you mean that there was a contract between you and the landlord to keep this information confidential?

By the way, I never answered you. I ASKED if it was (really) an "invasion of your privacy". I am curious how you might have come to that conclusion, especially if there was no agreement to keep any of this information confidential.
