I live in an apartment Building with myself, my wife, and our daughter, recently my wife and I were having problems so she went to stay with her mother, at that time my building manager said that I had to sign a new lease with just my daughter and I so I did. My wife moved back in with me reently and got into an arguement with the building manager, now the building manager says that she is not allowed in the building or on the premises is this a legal action and if not what can I do about it.

You have a wife and kid and you are this DUMB?????

Geez man, first you have no clue on how to READ a LEASE.

Second, You have NO clue that a landlord's flunky is just that.. a FLUNKY and has no legal right to demand you sign a new lease.

Third You are not the sharpest tool in the shed or else you would have asked this question BEFORE you signed a new lease.

Four, because of your slowness the landlord is right your wife is not allowed on the property, becuase you were so foolish to sign a new lease.

Five becuse she is not on the lease you will have to move and BREAK the lease if you want to live with her, costing you penalties.

The building manager did NOTHING wrong, the building manager bamboozled you into signing a new lease, and YOU FELL FOR IT!

I guess you wont do that again, now will you?

No...manager is wrong and you should file a fair housing complaint if manager persists.

Now, YOU and wife should have worked out problems and YOU should not have signed a new lease without wife IF YOU knew you were going to get back together.
