I live in New York City. My landlord is selling the building in which I live. If the NEW owners agree to keep me on as a tenant, what is the legal rental increase percentage? Or do the new owners have the right to set the rental price as they please? Thank you.

If you are rent stabilized or have any lease then the terms go with the sale....

NO lease.....the sky's the limit!
