Recently, my landlord showed up at my doorstep w/ realestate + client stating they wanted to show the house. It was early on a Sunday morning, with no prior notice, so I told them no. The realestate agent told me that all she needed was the landlords permission to enter. Luckily, my LL told her she was wrong. I was not even told the house was on the market. Since then the realestate
has been showing the house three or four times every weekend and I've been recieving up to eight calls about it on Thursdays and Fridays prior. I don't want to stop the LL
from selling, but for the last month my weekends have been ruined, and the realestate
people have been very rude if I tell them a time is inconvienent. Is there any amount of time that is considered excessive for showing the house? Do they have to call me?
How much notice do they have to give? Do I have to let them put on a lock box? Can they enter without me there? Please help me!!!!

Unless there is something in the lease that gives the landlords the right to enter and show, you can keep them out.
