Is written notification to vacate a requirement of the landlord; and, if so,must the written notice come special D (Registered, Certified, Hand carried by a Marshall)? A hand written letter mailed by regular post might take years to arrive were it to be misdirected at the P.O.; mightn't it?

I feel very stupid indeed after this many years. Under other circumstances I'd probably just move and shrug this off as a lesson from an #%^**_@#. However, with vacancy rates at under 1% in the S.F.area, no money in the bank, and so many years of accumulation of personal property, I need time, as much as I can lawfully (as far as it will stretch) take, to find even bare necessity living accomodations. Thank You.

AHHHHHHHHHH another DOT COM loser.........

what happened to all yur stock options?

The only quick way to make money is to sell what ever you own on http://www.ebay.com

and auction it off in 3 to 5 days and wait for payment,or have them do it by PAYPAL http://www.x.com they will transfer money from your paypal account to your checking account in 2 or 3 business days...so if you have enough stuff to unload you could have a nice chunk of cash in 2 weeks....

If you show a judge or marshal all the stuff you put up for auction, an you had better start the price LOW like 1/2 to 2/3 of what its worth so you will get at least ONE bidder to buy it.

They just may have a heart.....

OH.. did they just give you notice to vacate? Then you have a date to be out, after that date they will start eviction proceedings in court? Did you get legal papers? were you served by a process server? Did you file an answer so you still have a court date pending?

or did they get a judgement against you yet..BECAUSE YOU ARE A LOSER AND DIDNT SHOW UP TO DEFEND YOURSELF IN COURT?
