What is the name of your state? Arizona

Can a landlord discriminate due to a mental or physical condition or for that matter if they have and have been harrasing my wife, daughter and I.

Due to my mental and physical disability

who can I contact in the Tucson area if I can.

P.S. I had to fill out a rental application and then after an harrassing arguement in front of a witness who is also disabled was denied the right to live with my wife and daughter 3 days after our wedding

I was very calm and percise until I was told I couldnt support my daughter without the help of the state.

No they cant discriminate because you are disabled

But then can if you are an obnoxious jerk, and they think you are violent, and will come back and hurt someone.
