Getting back to my 2/3/01 letter at 4:41pm...I have not recv'd an answer on the question as to the timing on replacement of flooring....Am I obligated to do it now or can I wait as long as I'd like? My husband is not 100% conveinced that we should boot them out since they pay their rent on time....I'm hoping that by delaying replacing the carpet that they will leave on their own....My husband has said we could try raising the rent $100.00 mo. and see what happens......Your thoughts please...Thank you....jdunn

Without wanting to be rude, I have to tell you that you are not at all cut out to be a landlord, and you should get out of that business.

Get a lawyer to get these people out right away, and sell your condo to recover whatever you can.

To be successful in this business, you have to know the law , and to be able to apply it. You cannot be so wishy-washy as you have been, you have to be able to take action when it is needed, and you are evidently unable to do it. Get a lawyer to get you out now, the money will be well worth it to you.

I cannot for the life of me understand, why in September you agreed for them to stay. You don't belong in this business.
