We own a double wide mobile home but it is in a trailer park. We do not have a lease nor were we given a list of park rule & regulations upon being accepted here. We were later told no dogs. Our home is currently up for sale and we had it sold the beginning of May, but sale fell through. During the time we thought it was sold, we bought a dog. It is a house dog weighing 6pounds. He does not go outside. Can we be evicted for having him if the park owner finds out, even though he is in our home that we own? Please advise.

You can be evicted, but the park owner has to give you the statutory notice to comply with the no dogs clause of your lease, and time (30 days or so) to find a new home for the dog.
