I have a friend who lives in Michigan who rents out rooms in her house to students. She has never advertised in newspapers, always by word of mouth or flyers reason being she has certain rules that students must abide by. If she were to advertise and a homosexual or sex addict answers ad but will not agree with her house rules, can she turn them away or do they have legal action against her? Remember she lives in and owns the house. The rooms are in her house.
