My stepfather passed away in December and my sister has been staying in the trailer since...until she finishes her trailer....how do I get her out she has about 12 dogs and none are house broken. I have tried being nice it isn't working. I am sole owner the will has been probated. I am beginning to worry about squatter rights. There is nothing written saying that she can stay. texas

Use your owner's status. Go to the sheriff's and have her evicted, escorted out.
