penna.my daughter has been living with us in our apartment,now for all but 3 yrs,now my landlord gave her 30 days,to vacate the premise,she also has a little one,which is 10 months old,can he legally,just kick them out in the street with no where to go?He also made up a new lease that states no children allowed,we didn't have a lease before.

YES Its the landlords house NOT YOURS!

And you are stupid not to have a lease, so he gave her 30 days to move and a new lease.

I dont see a problem here.....unless you thought all of you might be able to live there forever without a lease.
