how long does the landlord have to fix a problem with the rental property. Florida there is a soft spot in the floor and it's going to go through and the air conditioner is broken.

i dunno maybe forever.......did you send him a certifed letter return reciept and asked it be fixed in say 10 days?

Is it an emergency, then you can repair it and deduct it from the rent if the landlord wont fix it.

ya gotta be more specific.
