we own a mobile home that is set up in a trailer park. it has changed owners 2years ago and we did not sign a lease with this new owner. we are now selling the home and the park owners want us to pay 50.00 inspection fee , but we dont know if the buyer will be keeping the home in the park or not. they make us feel like this home belongs to them. please help.

MAKE sure you get a reciept with the parks name on it before you hand over the $50.

The landlord cannot make things up out of thin air....it has to be written down somewhere, and you have a right to demand a reciept...

If they refuse...are the owners wanting the $50 or is the park manager wanting to pocket the $50 hoping you wont complain?
