Landlord trying to Change Lease Terms

Can a landlord change the length of lease after all parties have signed it? Our original lease is from 1/1/19 to 1/1/20. Our landlord is now saying two months in that there was a mistake on the lease and it supposed to end 11/30/19. We rented the apartment as a 12 month lease and now they want to shorten it “because they can’t have any vacancies during that time of year”. Do we have to sign this new lease and accept the new, shorter terms? Or can we just stick to the original?

No, you can just stick to the original. You don't have to sign any new lease.

EDIT: With that said, be prepared to move out on 1/1/20, and make sure to take plenty of pictures and video of the condition of the apartment when you move out.
