My family and I just rented a mobile home 3 weeks ago.
we have found many problems now.rotten floors,leaks,
stove is broke,can`t shower tub has cracks that leak BAD
duct work has holes or major leaks ..I must turn my water off when not in use the water leaks Real Bad.I have asked,called, wrote letters,He has said he would fix the problems,hes been out 4 or 5 time has not fixed any thing
made some things worse.now say`s the duct work and rotten floors i have to live with he can`t fix them.My kids Freeze
in there bedrooms we all must sleep togather to stay warm..
I want my money back so i can move...WHAT can i do..
3 weeks ago i payed rent and disposit rent is do again today
