Our rent was $475.00 and the landlord raise our rent too $500.00 last year and the landlord said that they would have to raise the rent too $50.00 a month for this year,but in November we received a letter from the landlord stating we would be paying a $100.00 extra a month.I would like too no if they can raise the rent that much.
