What is the name of your state? Colorado , We recently moved into an apt and landlord was aware of a partner so before lease is signed the landlord finds out im a male partner to my lover of 13 years . the landlord wants to put me on a two month trial basis and since we dont agree he has filed an eviction and wants us out. He told my partner over the phone he didnt want any fags or homos on his property is this legal and he continues to do us wrong and we have only had a few words with him and thier is more
