What is the name of your state? Ohio

This is regarding my grandfather's will. My grandmother and my father predeceased my grandfather.

In the will it states , "I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my children, EDWARD, JOSEPH, RONALD AND WILLIAM, in equal shares, absolutely and in fee simple, or to the survivor of them."

Edward is my deceased father. Will his share go to his brothers or to myself and my sisters as Edward's survivors?

Thank you.

I think you answered your own question. Why are you doubting yourself?

It sounds as if the share that would have gone to your father should pass to you and your siblings as his survivors.

How is the communication among the family? Is anyone keeping you informed about the probate of the Will, who the Executor is, and what the Estate consists of? If there is good communication and an open accounting of the Estate, you should have no problems.
