What is the name of your state? Georgia
This past April I sent my digital camera to Sony due to a ccd recall. After a month, they returned my camera to me with a piece missing and did not replace the recall part stating that the camera was broken when they received it. I contacted Sony's repair center and they kept sending me to different people, disconnecting me while I was on the hold, etc. I finally talked to someone who I think was from India and we just couldn't understand each other. Sony says they don't know what happened to the camera but they will not fix it. Fortunately the day I mailed the camera to Sony I took a video of it in case it got lost in the mail. The camera looks perfectly fine in the video. I received the camera 2 years ago Xmas and it cost over $600. Can I sue Sony in small claims to fix my camera? If so, how would I do this?

You expect good service from Sony?!

What planet are you from?

Yeah, go ahead and sue them anywhere you like. You will never collect.

Understand How would I proceed? How would I find who to sue?
Go to your Secretary of State (or whoever regulates corporations) and find the registered agent for Sony in your state. Sue in your county and serve the registered agent.
