I recently had Lasik Eye Surgery on my left eye. Before surgery I could see 20\20 with corrective lens. After surgery I can no longer see 20\20 with corrective lens. The Doctor assured me before surgery that he could definetly improve my vision in my left eye. The surgery was a failure. Is this grounds for law suit? Thanks.

It's a little more complicated then that. In order for the doctor to be liable, you'd have to prove malpractice which basically means he did something wrong. You should contact a good malpractice attorney and discuss the merits of your case. Usually you can get a free consultation.
