When I moved into the house Im renting I gave $5,900, 4 months prepaid and last months rent prepaid also 1 months amount as security. Ars 33-1431 states: B landlord shall pay not less than 5% on any deposits required by landlord of a tenant. C provides upon termination of tenancy any security deposit less accrued rent. I informed LL that she was to use the prepaid last months rent for my last month, but she filed saying I owe that months rent? how do I have her apply it like agreed.
