alabama how much of a late charge can a landlord charge when the lease states one amount for so many days, and rechargers the same late charges over and over in the months ahead?

Remember ....YOU signed the lease.. YOU are responsible for late charges, If you are late one month you pay THAT months late charges...

If you are late next month you pay THAT months late charges.
The landlord cannot raise the rent by the late charges EVERY month that is Illegal.
