Am I legally liable for the payment of late fees on our lease agreement? My landlord charges 10% of monthly lease amount after the fifth of the month. Can I be evicted for not paying late fees if lease amount is payed?

YES he can.....but of course he has to take you to court and you have a right to tell a judge your side as to why you didnot have the rent on time.
