What is the name of your state? Arizona-i currently have a tenant who has not paid rent for the month of May,and is 9 days late (so far) for June's rent.what are my options,and what is the FASTEST way to get this person out of here?

What does the written lease say about all your questions?

(By the way, 90 days is considered a quickie eviction in some places; not sure about your state.)

Probably not what you want to hear, but you should have began the process back in May

If you are going to do this on your own, follow the laws to a "T". If you are unsure of yourself, hire a local attorney that handles evictions.
