Late spouse's pension plan, Help Please

What is the name of your state? Ga. My late husband had a pension plan with a company that he had been laid off from. My question is can I apply for the benefit's now even though I have remarried, or do I just lose the money?

Just call the company and ask for Human Resources. They'll be able to direct you to the proper individual.
