What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Michigan)I was only 16 Me and my step father got into a verbal argument. He calls the police and said," Shawntego McCreary punch me in my face." I never had even touch him. I was arrested by the police and they said I was charge with domestic violence against my step father. The woman(police officer) said,"well their nothing we could do the juvenile wouldn't even take you." So then they release me. I was arrest never convicted never went to court, no angry management classes nothing. I am trying to join the army they said if it fall under launtenberg amendment. I wouldn't be able to join. If I was never CONVICTED!!!!! would it hurt my chances of joining the U.S. Army.
