My son is in a juvenile detention center and will be coming to live with me and my husband probably sometime next year. My husband has a felony record. It was a few years ago. Will they allow my son who also has a felony record to live in the same house as my husband? My son's father just died so I am all he has. I don't want this to break up my marriage but I may have to make a choice.

You will need to discuss that with your son's caseworker. It may depend to some extent on the nature of their respective felonies.
