Does anyone know if it is against the law to get "indecent" pictures of you and you partener developed at any regular film developing center in Mass or Rhode Island, or Connecticut?
A quick response will help greatly.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Well, you consented to the pictures when they were being taken, good argument that you consented to them being developed. The only way it would a civil suit is called invasion of privacy. The only way it would be invasion of privacy is if you specifically did not consent to this and the partner was made known of this.

Hope this helps.

If both parties consented to the pictures being taken AND were both over 18, AND the sex act portrayed is legal, it's fine. If one of you looks younger than 18, be prepared for a visit from police investigating a creation of child pronography case. If the photos depict 'sodomy' or bestiality, expect a police visit to determine whether the act photographed occurred in a state criminalizing that type of sex. Don't get them developed in one of those mall places that show the photos to the entire world as they roll off the developer.
