What is the name of your state? US military base overseas

I am a contractor(invited contractor) working for United States Forces Korea (USFK). My contract expires in March 2006. Two of my lawful dependents(wife & mother) hold US Green Cards and I was wondering if they would have problems re-entering the US after residing outside the US for more than a year. The paper work, called 175-R, kind of like military order, has all my dependets listed including the ones with the Green card (GC) as sponsored personnel by USFK.

If the GC holders are allowed to stay with me and re-enter the US with no problems, when can I find the immigration regulation pertaining to this.

Your early reply would be much appreciated.
