What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Texas

This is for anyone who was following my post that recently got closed due to some not so helpful remarks. I found out that in the state of Texas if a student is expelled they cannot lose all of their credits, they can only lose the credits for that term. I would like to thank those of you how were actually helpful and seemed to care about my situation. If there is anyone who would like to know what happened to my cousin just let me know and I'll be more than happy to tell you as soon as I find out.

I was going to post that...

your cousin must also be given an education in an alternative setting during this entire period, including now, if he is not already recieving this.
