What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

A former vendor is threatening to sue me for money that I supposedly owe them from 2 years ago. They are in California and I am in WI.

My question is, I never signed any sort of guarantee, nor did I fill out any applications. It was a completly good-will line of credit. All the products were shipped directly to my customers. Also, the company is refusing to send me invoices or statements to validate the debt, they only threaten to sue me and get a lien on my bank account.

My business is a corporation, but I am worried about what can happen. Should I be worried about this?
