I lIVE in Phila PA I was A store manager and me and the company I worked for were sude my name was on the suit can the company settel with out me? What happened was two guys shpolifter were in my store I called the cops the men were not arested for shoplifting but for having guns with out a permit So we were sude and the lawyer said the company setteled because it was cheper than going to trial even though we could of won this .
