:cool:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO My husband had a judgement filed against him for $11,000,for some carpentry work. If he doesnt have any money or assets to speak of,can their lawyer levy money from a joint savings? This account only has direct deposits from my (the wife) workplace and we can prove it. My husband does not deposit his funds there. What can they do with this account? Can my husband just remove his name from it? Or are we safe since we have proof of only the wifes money being deposited there.? Please reply...:cool: Thanks...

See a local attorney. But if it's been 30 days since the judgment was granted, your husband waited too long to do anything.
