I'm in new york, and I had gotten hit by a car as a pedestrian and I feel my lawyer took the easy money and ran. and i'm still left with over $40k in medical bills and collections coming after me. the accident happened in december of 2007, is there something i can do to get any help with getting what i feel i rightfully deserve
