hello i am from michigan,my husbands court
case has been going on for 2 yrs now. getting adjourned everytime. now our vjd is being benched for improper behavior of some sort. now today we find out that the lawyer is dropping us because he wants more money we have given him at least 5 to 6 thousand already. we didn't plan on this stupid little case to go on. they got 2.3 gr of my pot not my husband as he does not. we go to court again mon aug 21,today being sat the 19th, can my husbands bond be revoked and him go to jail monday,for not having a lawyer?

My response:

No, your husband's not going to jail . . . yet.

All he has to do is request a "court appointed" attorney when he goes to court again, and the judge will appoint one. Then they'll be another postponement so your new attorney can get "up to speed" and a new hearing will be held.
