In '96, I secured the services of a foundation Attorney because my insurance Co. denied my foundation claim for water leak damage. Off and on through '97-99 I made call after call to his office only to be told he would return my calls, he didn't. In Dec 99 he made contact with me and filled a claim with the insurance Co., only to be denied due to a two year and one day clause. It doesn't look like the insurance Co. will consider reopening the investigation pay for the damage. What action can/should I take against the foundation lawyer?
