Floriday>> I had a 1995 not at fault auto. Insurance never paid loss wage claims except for 7 wks. surgery, Could only work 30% of my business accounts due to injury. 2nd accident, 1998 on total disability now. Settled Oct.30-2000 leaving open to future p.i.p claims Jan.2001. Lawyer says I can only bill for what I made in 1998 wages. I say insurance should have been paying me my loss income offset from 1995. I would still be making my full earnings in 1998 and I should be billing for 80% of my gross from 1995. I have billed insurance for just the 10,000.00 gross and they still have not paid and it's in the 10 th. month. And there is lawncare etc.plus interest for 10 months. Is this right? >>> My lawyer withdrew from the 1998 personel injury and now I'm seeking another lawyer. No lawyer took care of me in the 1995 like they were hired to do. Soft state when it comes to most lawyers.
