what would be the the legal definition of the following: my lawyer, in order to cover up a mistake he made in a lawsuit with my child's school district, signed and returned a NOREP ( notice of recommended educational placement) to the S D . this document is only to be signed by the child's parent or legal gaurdian. he signed his name on the parent/ gaurdian line. this of course gave the S D legal ammo to stop the lawsuit right then and there. is this unauthorized practice of law, or falsifying documents, or what? thanks in advance.
