Lawyers being rude to own clients

Just venting......... I love paying a lawyer 200.00 an hour and getting yelled at because theyr are tired of the same worn out subjects. I don't keep bring up the same tired worn out things in Motion after motionthe ex does. So why am I getting yelled at, at my expesnse??????? Next why is it they make an appointment cancel it and reschedule for a differnt day all the while reminding the court date is such and there is no way you are able to prepare the papers let alone get into court on time,But I am getting the yelling at about time constraints................ Then getting yelled at again because they don't want to hear all info becasue they don't have time for it!!!!!!!!!!! They yelling again to tell me I didn't come in perpared but all the info is in your file because I have copies of my complete file so I know what is in there but you don't want to look through the file!!!!!!!!!!!!! then yelling again ok so what do you want to say and how do you wanted it worded, well if I knew that I wouldn't have to pay you for the service at 200 an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry just venting. After this next motion I belive it is time to part company, If you are getting yelled at by your own council for proviiding the info and not causing any problems that they need to fix because the client has created them then whay are you yelling at me?????????

actually I have on several occasions,I cannot until after theis next date in a week ,if I tried to change now another lawyer would not get up to speed in time and I think the courts would not look kindly on it.Possibley they might consider that action as a ploy to stall..... I know he is well recognized as a knowlegable litigator and also in the law,When I have interviewed other lawyers for a possible switch that is always stated......... How do you go inot court not feeling confident you council is going to respresent properly when he won't even listen to all the info,because he is tired of this case? Remember I am not the one who keeps generating the new dates my ex is Iam tired of the expense and the turmoil ,he is trying to run me finacailly broke!!!

Read the response to the motion that my ex filed at lawyers office today......... What a change it appears he did read the things I gave hime after all of at least that is how the response was written. Maybe he was venting on me because he is also tired of the same old played out topics that the ex keeps rehashing. Or maybe the paralegal saw the conditon he left me in and had a chat after I left with him. Who knows.
