What is the name of your state? VT..ok, I do have a lawsuit going on for wrongful termination, based upon sexual harassment. But, the company's attorney's are calling me or its a law office that collects debt, I am not sure. Anyways, I received my last paycheck after being let go, and they are claiming I owe it back, since I did not work those hours. But, it was my manager who ok'd the hours. Now they are demanding it back and the managers are the ones who submit the hours to begin with, not me. What should I do? Thanks Faith
