What is the name of your state?
OH
Didn't want to hijack.
You stated during custody proceedings a parent cannot remove child from state.
Definately true?
My ex wanted to take child out of country, but I said no due to custody proceedings.
I fear he will try to get a court order to allow it and force me to sign for a passport.
Hopefully, buy what you are saying, a court will not allow it either?
Do I file contempt if he does this even though it's not in our current court order?
Thanks.

Well...I wasn't referring to a vacation when I said that...I was referring to moving the child out of state.

Although I do think that it would be very unlikely that a judge would allow a vacation outside of the country during a custody proceeding. I think that would raise a big red flag with a judge.
