Hello,

A little over a year ago I bought a 24' motor home that appeared to be in great shape. It was from an older gentleman that had just lost his wife which was the reason given for selling it.

We had asked if there was any roof leaks and he said no.

It looked really nice and it great shape. Last year there was very little rain in our area and no problems appeared. This year was different, we had lots of rain and some if it with driving force. Some major leaks appeared that are soaking the walls and causing rot. The repairs for this will be very expensive, the whole roof and much of the walls have to come off in order to replace some of the frame.

Bottom line, can I take this man to small claims court for misrepresenting the condition of this coach?

Thank you in advance,

Regards,

Larry
